    I recharged a certain amount but i received less credits than what i purchased?

    Please note that for Mobile Legends recharge events, the event only registers 'basic' diamonds and does not take into account 'bonus' diamonds. For example: to fulfil a 250 diamonds recharge task, you will need to have at least 250 basic diamonds, where 258 diamonds is not enough because it only has 234 basic + 24 bonus diamonds. However, if the above is not related to the issue you're facing, please reach out to The Customer Support Team so we can solve the issue ASAP
